Our journey began with a dream in Ghana, where our founder, Alice Brown, grew up with a passion for nursing. Pursuing her dreams, she embarked on a journey that took her to the United States, where she attended nursing school. It was during her time in the healthcare field that she recognized the importance of confidence and empowerment in the workplace, particularly for nurses who tirelessly care for others.

With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, she set out to create Ayòma Care.
